Bair was founded by Britt and Bianca, who have worked together for more than a decade with a shared passion for simplifying the way real estate businesses operate.
Having owned and operated her own real estate office for more than 16 years, Bianca understands firsthand the pressures, complexities and challenges that come with running and growing an agency. Together, Britt and Bianca have extensive experience identifying inefficiencies, streamlining business processes and transforming them into clear, visual platforms that teams can confidently manage.
They have also spent years training and supporting staff through operational change. Their approach goes beyond introducing new systems—it ensures people understand how and why those systems work. By creating greater clarity around roles, responsibilities and processes, they help strengthen communication and build a more connected culture between administration and sales teams.
Bair was created to combine this practical industry experience with system automation, reporting, process improvement and compliance. With impeccable attention to detail and a strong understanding of database architecture and day-to-day agency operations, Britt works closely with Bair’s developers to translate complex real estate workflows into practical systems, automations and reporting frameworks that are built around how agencies actually operate.
Her expertise spans operational workflow design, compliance, database management, AI, automation and reporting, with a particular focus on connecting systems and removing unnecessary administration. Britt is constantly looking at how technology can be used not simply to digitise existing processes, but to rethink them — creating smarter, more scalable ways for agencies to work.
Britt also has extensive experience training staff and integrating onshore and offshore teams, helping businesses create greater alignment, accountability and collaboration between administration and sales.
